25 October 2024, Kuta-Bali: The Asian Surf Co is pleased to announce that the long-awaited Ukrainian Surfing Championship will take place on the island of Bali at Kuta Beach on 26-26 October, serving as the decisive stage in forming their national team for 2025. The event will bring together Ukraine’s strongest athletes and wave enthusiasts from all over the globe in an exciting competition, highlighting the growth of surfing in Ukraine.
In preparation for the competition , the team had a series of training sessions with Indonesian National Surf team coach Dedi Santosa, who recently took second place in the Masters category of the Liga Surfing Indonesia Grand Final 2024.
